- Manage over 50 client accounts monthly - Communicate bi-weekly with each client to keep them informed on account performance - Host a 1-hour Discovery Call with each new client to set deadlines, refine expectations, and set campaign goals- Create individual marketing strategies based on client's specific target market- Maintain internal communication between departments to ensure each client's account is ready to launch by the scheduled date

- Host a monthly webinar educating new clients on how to promote the software to their target market- Led internal meetings updating team members on individual performance analytics for new accounts- Manage email marketing list for cross-sale and new client opportunities- Communicate internally with Creatives to develop branded content on an individual basis for clients- Maintain bi-weekly communication with each new account to ensure productivity
