He supports also the follow up of some attention points.Specifications of an enterprise architecture continuum and embedding pre-fab views into the change activities. These views describe context, business, information, application, technology and security architecture domains (IAF terms from Cap Gemini). They are stored in a continuum for future reuse. Specify the architecture of a monitoring platform solution to stop each DevOps team to have its own solution. Clarify the roadmap to join this standard solution. Specify the activities of Application Portfolio Management (APM) and propose investments to embed this process in the organization. APM will maintain a central repository of current applications enriched with several dimensions like TCO, LCM, Technologies… This information will support investment decisions.Contribute to the implementation of SAFe and took the responsibility of the role "feature owner" of a release train during 6 months; the agreed time to launch the release train. Activities were: clarify roles and actors, prioritization of the demand, PSI Planning Meeting.
