These views describe context, business, information, application, technology and security architecture domains (IAF terms from Cap Gemini). They are stored in a continuum for future reuse. Enterprise Architect for the business of IT.Specify a conceptual information model for the business of IT in order to support decision making related a common IT operating model between ING NL and ING BE.Map the Reference Architecture with current Infra and IT applications. Specify the roadmap by IT capabilities being Steer, Plan, Design, Code, Build, Test, Release, Deploy, Monitor, Operate, Resile and Contract. Specify the architecture of a monitoring platform solution to stop each DevOps team to have its own solution.  Clarify the roadmap to join this standard solution. Specify the activities of Application Portfolio Management (APM) and propose investments to embed this process in the organization. APM will maintain a central repository of current applications enriched with several dimensions like TCO, LCM, Technologies… This information will support investment decisions.Contribute to the implementation of SAFe and took the responsibility of the role "feature owner" of a release train during 6 months; the agreed time to launch the release train. Activities were: clarify roles and actors, prioritization of the demand, PSI Planning Meeting. Specify and support the embedding of the architecture validation in the SAFe model.Specify and support the embedding of the current architecture documentation into a knowledge database. Maintain a mapping between IT information objects with IT tooling and IT process to answer impact analysis on the IT organization.

The portfolio manager coordinates project milestones of 11 millions euro Finance IT investments. Near the financial reporting, he mitigates risks and proposes solutions to issues and adaptations to the governance when required. This function requires a deep knowledge in Finance and Business Intelligence, a detailed understanding of project methodology and strong analytical and structuring skills.He manages a team of functional / business analysts and the capacity planning related to the portfolio.
