As a member of the Maintenance Reporting Center, I convert large inflight entertainment performance data into decision making insight. My parallel objective is to minimize time and manual effort inputs, while maximizing the quality and accuracy output. Core responsibilities: Collect inflight entertainment data from Panasonic operations globally. Query and analyze the data based on the Airlines' Service Level Agreement. Report airline inflight entertainment performance at hardware, seat, and fleet levels.  Develop additional KPI to management that highlight trends, outliers, challenges, and opportunities Visualize data with dashboards using Excel/Power BI/Oracle analytics. Use data warehousing models to store historical data for ad hoc use. Build interactive reports for PMs and customers to easily dissect and analyze data. Manage the fleet configuration database; update seat locations, mappings, and hardware.Other: Email management. Following up with, and escalating issues when necessary. Assisting internal/external customers with data related requests. Testing, troubleshooting, and data validation of MRO software and SSRS. Meet with customers to review processes and reports. Create automation tools for the team to reduce time spent and standardize processes. Write/update work instructions, SOPs, and workflow diagrams. Delegate tasks and collaborate with team members.
