The National Sales Manager is responsible for identifying leads and selling logistics solutions through a consultative sales approach integrating Trinity Logistics’ service offerings into a designed solution specific to each customer’s needs. Responsible for selling various Trinity service options such as TL, LTL, Intermodal, International, Freight Management, TMS, Warehousing, and other 3PL services. Build relationships throughout Trinity Logistics and the client’s organization to facilitate the smooth execution of business and ensure the ongoing service and growth of accounts. Responsibilities: -In a professional and ethical manner, contribute to the strategic growth of the company by securing new business opportunities that lead to the profitable growth of Trinity Logistics.-Identify and develop new and existing customer relationships through solutions-based sales that can utilize Trinity’s portfolio of services to enhance their supply chain.-Act as a liaison in developing and ensuring open lines of communication between Trinity Logistics and the customer.-Maintain an open line of communication with the necessary Trinity Logistics associates from various functions within the organization.-Communicate service interruptions to customers and associates in order to maintain good working relationships and business retention.-Manage continuous improvement processes and customers year-over-year growth.-Perform other duties as requested

You will focus on identifying the most efficient means of moving the customer’s freight, discovering innovative solutions to client problems, and building valuable relationships with carriers.Responsibilities: - Maintain customer relations and communicate with carriers to offer Trinity’s services and tools available to them.- Daily management and coordination of shipments. Track and trace all shipments.- Establish and coordinate schedule with carrier and tender shipments.- Establish and confirm rates with carriers.- Update and maintain Transportation Management System.- Pro-actively identify problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solution.- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, load count, and profit objectives.
