I am a Director in the JLL Healthcare team, responsible for advising on all aspects of Healthcare property including valuation for accounting, loan security or partnership purposes across the UK. I also provide investment advice, lease consultancy, demographic, feasibility and development advice to specialist investors, operators, landowners, developers and funders.I have provided advice on trading operational entities and commercial property for over 20 years, with a focus on healthcare services for the last 15 years. I have advised on assets across the UK, mainly in the north of England and Scotland. Recent work includes; being a signatory to the quarterly portfolio valuations of the two largest medical centre portfolios in the UK; demographic and feasibility work on elderly care and specialist care developments; valuation of retirement living schemes; demographic and valuation work on inter-generational development schemes; valuation of children's day nurseries; valuation of mental health services and advisory work on private hospitals.
