Currently, I am the general manager for City Test Prep, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Under my leadership, the business has expanded beyond in-person tutoring to live, online tutoring, reaching more students eager to receive our individualized guidance and training. My primary focus is on sales and customer service, working with families to find the best tutor for their needs. I recruit, hire, and oversee tutoring staff and assist in their coordination with clients. I have also developed and implemented test prep classes within after school programs and community organizations, cultivating productive partnerships.I began my career in the entertainment industry, representing recording artists and managing their tours throughout the US. This enabled me to hone my skills in marketing, promotion, and overseeing complex logistics to ensure smooth operations and a positive audience experience.
