CurrentI create and disseminate digital content across a range of online channels including social media, Corporate Intranet and websites.Monitoring, recording and evaluating the performance of various training scenarios and digital campaigns is important in my day to day work. I work within my team to develop creative ideas to enhance the impact of various software tools such as Microsoft Teams to build and enhance the training within our online community and workforce.As part of this role, I help to manage a programme of digital training events to grow awareness and increase engagement. I identify and develop digital ambassadors, taking full advantage of the networking opportunities I have available to me.My experience with software design packages such as OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop and VideoScribe is a distinct advantage along with all the other support software and mainstream applications I have worked with over my many years in the ICT industry.
