Responsible for financing, accounting, operating, licensing and reporting of the business entities and development projects.• Performed real estate development consulting services to outside clients consisting of financial feasibility analysis, pro-forma analysis and owner’s representation.• Successfully managed a complete audit of the business entities and development projects accounting records which totaled $825K in annual revenues and $55MM in development costs, respectively.

• Researched, reported and presented real estate industry trends and competitor news to senior management and operating divisions.

• Responsible for the region’s financial position and performance to goals by controlling expenses and capital purchases.• Managed regional accounts payable, compliance and reporting departments.• Designed, created and implemented an Excel budget template that was used company-wide, saving substantial company time and allowing management to focus on the analysis.• Produced an annual budget and an annual reforecast of the region’s operating statement and capital position which included $35MM in revenue and $7MM in capital expenditures.
