• Ensure timely delivery of the full range of estate management services in compliance with contractual obligations. Responsible to the Contract Manager for the management and maintenance provision of the simulator.
• Compliance with relevant statutory legislation, company policy and best practise.
• Act as project manager for specifying and completing refurbishment or improvement works.
• control waste management and environmental aspects / impacts ensuring that waste streams are efficiently managed.
• Manage, monitor and control resident engineer, contract and sub contract labour using specialist knowledge of building services maintenance; co-ordinating all operations with other building users to minimise any.
• Provide timely budgetary information to the contract manager for all devolved budgets.
