During my second Year with Scotsys I compleated my Apple Certification.my job entailed Meeting SLA's for all our Customer base. Prioritising Incomming Jobs and follow up with Customers Creating Documentation of all customers sites for refrence. Managing the Inhouse IT (Apple Server/ Blackberry Server) Looking after the Inhouse Users.Later My Role Progresses and I was Involved in a large deployment of Mac's and PC's to Edinbrugh Schools in Partnership With BTI was in charge of leading the teams and reporting directly to the project managerImaging all Laptops and Desktops Prior to Deploymentand was dealing with all Kit replacments etc in the field.when the project came to me they handed me a wad of paper to note all the serial number of the machines down and the asset tags. I took one look at it and said " how may machines are we rolling out?" so I set about creating a little Filemaker DataBase to make this process alot easier. and with laptop and a barcode reader we set about the task.just a small example of what I did at scotsys. I loved my time with Scotsys. so much so I started my own IT company with the same idea in mind.
