Responsible for Project Technology Design, Validation and Testing of IRC's online Budget-versus-Actual application. Specifically• Leading the requirements gathering and business process analysis efforts to assist the Working Group in determining the scope of the Application. • Writing specification tickets for the software developers and developing all supporting documents: wire-frames and mock-ups. • Assisting QA in writing testing scenarios.• Providing Tier 3 technical support to the Project Helpdesk team during the training and roll-out phases.• Collaborating with field and HQ project staff to develop, execute and report on project success metrics such as staff time to generate the BvA, confidence, etc.

Coordinated the implementation of all Environmental Health programming in Northern Syria, providing technical and managerial leadership to the team, ensuring all activities were of a high quality and responsive to the needs of the affected populations. Specifically:• Coordinated the EH response to conflict affected populations living in 55 camps with a total population of approximately 55,000 and host community water supply projects serving a total catchment of 65,000. • Managed the expansion of the EH Department from a team of 5, operating in one location to a team of 29 operating from 2 Turkey-based Field Offices and 3 Syria based sub-field offices. • Designed and rolled out an excel-based Procurement Tracking Application enabling more efficient tracking of program commitments against grants.

Led the DKH Program Department throughout the implementation of the early-recovery and rehabilitation program for flood-affected populations of KPK and Punjab, in accordance with the strategic plan. Specifically: • Guided technical backstopping and capacity building inputs related to the implementation of 20 projects (Livelihood, WASH and DRR) with a total funding of over €10m implemented through 10 National Implementing Partner organisations. • Coordinated both external and internal evaluations of the DKH Country Program. • Led an Organisational Capacity Assessment of 25 potential new local implementing partners.

Responsible, since August 2010, for the implementation of IRC’s emergency flood response programs in Nowshera and Charsadda districts, specifically the provision and restoration of water and sanitation services to the flood affected population. Specific achievements/responsibilities:• Lead coordinator on joint €750,000 Health/Environmental Health Program.• Project Managed €800,000 component of an OFDA funded EH emergency response program.• Led the assessment, planning and reporting process on all EH needs in the region.• Designed an excel-based project management tool linking programs, finance and logistics.• Preparation of Donor proposals and reports for all EH programs.
