I’ve had an incredible set of opportunities as a C-Suite leader over the last 15 years of my 35 year career in Aerospace and Defense industries. During my career with Rockwell Collins Aerospace and General Electric Aviation, some of those opportunities included:- Leading businesses ranging from $25M to $750M in revenue- Managing global operations, as large as, 3,000 people in the U.S., Europe and Asia- Living in Europe and leading a $200M European division with 350 employees- Directing and/or supporting over $1.5B in merger and acquisition activity- Mentoring and coaching some of the most incredibly talented individualsWhile I cherished my time in these roles and the experiences they provided me, I am now at a point where I want to utilize my skills and knowledge to help other C-Suite leaders and more broadly, corporate enterprises, be successful.I am entering the next phase of my career and transitioning away from being a C-Suite leader, to being an advisor, executive coach and board member. This new endeavor directly aligns with one of my personal passions, which is coaching. Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to take several of the successful coach underpinnings and apply those as a business leader. The ability to empathize, strategize, influence and motivate are as critical for a business leader, as a coach. Some of the areas of expertise, where I could assist your business or you personally, include, but are not limited to the following:- Facilitation of strategic and operational planning sessions- Organizational redesign, behavioral analysis and staffing discussions- Providing insights on M&A to include joint ventures creation- Examining supply chain and engineering processes and structure- Assisting with new product introductions (Hardware, software or SaaS)While this is a major pivot for me in my career, I relish the opportunity to open this new chapter.
