At YPO, Beau lead the business planning process, including oversight of all budgeting activities for a USD 120M+ budget, business plan creation, and SMART goal objective development across 16 departments and 14 committees and councils in the organization of 350+ FTEs. He also spent three years as management lead of the YPO Strategy Committee, the committee that served as the steward of the Organization’s current and future focus. Prior to joining the YPO management organization in 2010, Beau spent the first five years of his professional career in consulting and analyst roles, gaining experience in several industries and working with clients and companies ranging in size from Fortune 50 to small businesses. Most recently, Beau served as Chief Financial Officer for Capital 54. Capital 54 is the premier family office dedicated to investing in boutique professional service firms, providing growth capital, access to relationships and management knowhow.
