'The Imam and the Pastor' (2006) narrated by Rageh Omaar, launched at UN Headquarters, screened in the House of Commons and broadcast from Sweden and Switzerland to Somalia and on Al Jazeera Arabic. It won first prize at the Africa World Documentary Film Festival (USA & Nigeria, 2007) and was part of the Official Selection at Cinema Verité, Paris & Geneva (2008).'An African Answer' (2010), shot in Kenya and described by Kofi Annan as ‘a very important film’. Launched at the RSA in London, with a commendation by the RSA’s Director, Matthew Taylor and an introduction by former UN Under Secretary General, Sir Richard Jolly.'Tchad - un chemin vers l'espoir (2014) with funding from UNDP/EU.

After completing a PhD in crop pest ecology, I carried on with post-doctoral research, funded by the UK's Department for International Development. Over most of this period, I was seconded to Bvumbe Agricultural Research Station in Malawi.
