Actual annual energy savings was $330,000, achieving a payback in 4.5 years, beating the calculated pay back by one ½ a year.Installed and bid installation of two building BAS (Building Automation System) systems in two 90% occupied 30 story high rise buildings and the American Express data center conversion to an office building.• Resolved all Light Rail construction structural issues impacting the building structure and under street parking garage by working closely with the City of Phoenix and building owner since inception of City of Phoenix light rail project.• Wrote detailed due-diligence reports for potential purchases of two properties in Phoenix Arizona and two high rise buildings in downtown Los Angeles. Identified critical infrastructure and window wall issues assisting in the purchase of these properties.• US Attorney’s office 100,000sq.ft., IHS 60,000sq.ft., DCMA (Department of Defense) 40,000sq.ft., and US Attorney’s Office 100,000sq.ft., high security demanding Federal tenant improvement projects. SYNERWELD / ARCON: 1976 - 1981Assemble and test state of the art robotic welding machines. Wiring, circuit board assembly and testing. Worked on projects such as the Space Shuttle titanium fuel tanks (testing to find a way to weld titanium main fuel tank seams without warping issues) and aluminum frame, Navy submarine project subsystem, Navy missile parts and Apollo 14 sub system.
