Responsible for strategic planning and strategic initiatives for the first new four year public college in the U.S. this century. While at GGC, it grew to over 11,000 students. Alan was with GGC since before the first students arrived and has led strategic planning, accreditation, enrollment management, marketing, student success and strategic analysis efforts, among other strategic initiatives. A once in a lifetime opportunity to create and grow a model for higher education that will impact thousands of young persons for years to come.
