Oversee sales and operations for the Missouri and Arkansas region. Responsible for 30 plus employees including office and warehouse. Responsible for overseeing the receiving and split case picking process daily until complete. Ensured shipping and all replenishment functions ran full shifts or until the work was completed.

Oversee total warehouse production from 3pm-12am.Responsible for product packaging and staging. Ensure adequate staffing, training, and necessary equipment is available. Maintain personnel files, payroll, performance reviews, and daily documentation for the second shift. Installed new pallet racking in the 70,000sq ft. distribution center maximizing warehouse layout and workflow. Mapped an additional 54,000sq ft. warehouse for racking and product layout to house all tire and wheel inventory.

Oversee productivity of 62 lane shipping dock.Ensure essentials needed for daily operation are available. Responsible for load quality and security. Keep record of employee hours and payroll. Planned weekly production scheduling based upon truck loading schedules, stores per route, and number of lanes to load at the same time. Ensured staffing was evenly dispersed to keep the case sorters running at full capacity. Capacity was 10,000 cases per hour per sorter with dual sorters running the 28 mile conveyor system.
