Alan is the Business Development Manager of Contact 1-2-1, a position he has held since his inception into the business in June 2015. Alan was recently promoted to Operations Manager in June 2022. Alan brings to his role a strong focus and respect for his customers, and a keen desire to bring his customers, and their customers, satisfaction and success through the implementation of quality cost effective contact centre services. In particular, Alan has had success in the development of a number Inbound and Outbound contact centre services across a variety of sectors in Australia and the Philippines, including Facilities Management, Automotive, Legal (Class Action and Data Security), Insurance, IT Help Desk and Finance. Throughout his time at Contact 1-2-1, Alan has enjoyed considerable professional and personal growth from what he considers to be invaluable lessons received from his mentor, Martin Bill, which he has and will continue, to implement on a daily basis. Alan’s main focus for much of the foreseeable future is to aid in the growth of Contact 1-2-1 as a leading contact centre both in Australia and overseas. He is also eager to work on his professional development by further boosting his sales and marketing skills, and building his business and management skills.
