I Have Estimated and worked on some fantastic projects at O’Connors such as Uni of Adelaide AHMS, Drill Core Facility, Regis Burnside and Osborne South Development among others.The Engineers, Revit modelers, Estimators and Project Managers abide by a strict Quality management Policy that allows us to work in Sync with our clients and government projects to deliver a quality install and provide service & breakdown maintenance that is second to none. Osborne South was an interesting site that delivered DX type HVAC systems as well as large 2m dia smoke exhaust systems prefabricated on skids, complete with dropper and lowered into place on building roof (some as high as 40m in the air).The quality installation of the industrial pipework and valve arrangements was a pleasure to be involved with- even it was only at the financial end of the project. O’Connors can be very proud of the finished product.I was lucky enough to spend nearly 6 months on the site and learnt much to do with industrial gases which gave me an insight into the prefabrication of the valve racking developed by our experienced site crew and BIM Manager/ Modeler. In addition to working closely with the builder and their stringent quality management processes saw our own process stand up to the test.
