Building a Solar Car

In charge of sponsorships and fundraising, media, and project management at Tufts' newest student-led engineering initiative.

Worked on analyzing/optimizing the fast charging performance of NIO-ONVO's first car, the L60. ONVO is the first sub-brand of Chinese premium EV maker NIO, which is the pioneer in commercial EV battery swapping.

Over the summer I explored the educational possibilities at the intersection of LEGO Education SPIKE Prime, Python, and Mind Render, a Japanese educational app designed to teach programming to young teens in an engaging way – like Scratch with much greater capability. I ran Mind Render hackathons with middle schoolers and found that kids really enjoyed using it. In a world where programming literacy is increasingly valued, Mind Render is a potentially fantastic way for teachers and parents to introduce programming to children and young teens.In regards to the connection between SPIKE Prime and Mind Render, my partner Soham Gaggenapally and I developed various hardware/software interfaces that showed off potential ways to connect the physical and virtual worlds through classroom-accessible tools (e.g. Driving simulator that gives force feedback when you hit a wall).

Analyzed user metrics and developed an online system using PHP and SQL to determine optimum customer leads.
