I am responsible for producing a myriad of content in a fast-paced environment. I work in print, digital, and video to produce quality pieces for a variety of campaigns. This includes designing one-off special print projects, producing long-form white papers and print pieces, designing infographics for social media and web applications, writing copy, editing, facilitating email campaigns, creating and maintaining website content (Wordpress, Tumblr, basic HTML/CSS).

My work consists of freelance projects involving design, editing, and creative consultation for publishers and small businesses. These projects range from editing manuscripts to book design and marketing materials to logos and branding. I communicate with printers to gather bids and handle print production needs. My approach to this work has resulted in award-winning books and recognition for my clients.

I facilitate and administer course evaluations and online surveys for over 30 departments on a quarterly basis. I provide support for faculty, staff, and students throughout the evaluation process and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This often requires walking those unfamiliar through the steps to submit their surveys. Additionally, I act as the sole contact for maintenance of hardcopy survey scanning equipment and proprietary software updates and routinely troubleshoot and test equipment and software to resolve any performance inconsistencies.

I designed books and marketing materials in addition to developing branding for the press and its annual Write to Publish conference. I managed the Ooligan design department and oversaw all aspects of various design projects while working in conjunction with other departments. I also assisted in teaching a course on book design.

My focus was on the production of personalized labels for businesses and individuals. Attention to detail, speed, and printing accuracy in a time-sensitive environment was imperative. I operated Canon and Xerox production printers, resolving inconsistencies in printing as they arose.
