•Supervise, lead and mentor Organizers on organizing fundamentals, including, identifying worksite leaders, union steward and leader development, planning and running actions•Leads a team of organizers who enforce contracts, develop and grow member leaders and steward programs including expert skills with disciplines, grievances and arbitration processes•Leads negotiations, trains bargaining teams, develops proposals, lead contract campaigns•Drive own work in the field as well as team’s through monthly planning•Leads actions including; pickets and rallies, and trains staff to do the same•Develops and implement strategic campaign plans •Assure the accuracy of lists, records, databases and charts related to representation and campaign assignmentsAdditional skills: •Effective communication across all levels of the organization •Builds positive team culture •Works independently •Ability to navigate and resolve conflict •Ability to manage competing priorities •Goal oriented •Creates clear processes, procedures and tracking •Strong organizational, administrative and strategic planning skills•Ability to work under extreme pressure and deadlines with thorough attention to detail
