I am currently employed as a Service Operations Leader at Honeywell Process Solutions based in Dyce, Aberdeen looking after Oil and Gas service agreements and managing and scheduling the operations team supporting all UKNS operations. I am also the building Site Leader, responsible for the safety of all personnel at site and managing all commercial aspects of the site. I also support and cover (majority of 2022) the Field Service Manager for UKNS business, this involves me being responsible for the P&L. Whilst at Honeywell I have completed multiple Leadership, Management and Customer Relationship Trainings.I previously worked for Emerson Automation Solutions in Dyce as a Customer Value Manager, developing key relationships with customers in the North Sea and Scotland. Tasked as the training and resource manager. Additionally I was the Remote Automation Solutions Operations Manager for the UK and manage the service business and have direct line management of the engineers.Previously I have worked as a Contract Manager at Honeywell Process Solutions based in Dyce, Aberdeen looking after Oil and Gas service agreements. I then progressed to the Field Operations Leader (FOL) for Ireland and UK North which involved travel and matrix management of over 40 engineers. This role developed and changed making me the FOL for the UK North Sea and UK land north of Hull. This increased my matrix management to over 50 engineers. Additionally I became acting Field Service Manager (FSM) covering the UK North Sea business as the operations manager. This involved me being responsible for the P&L, direct line manager of 20 employees and building custodian, fully responsible for all persons in the Aberdeen office. Before joining Honeywell I completed 12 years military service in the Royal Air Force working as an electronics supervisor at busy Air Traffic Engineering centres at locations worldwide. This includes experience of carrying out maintenance to component level. Initial installation and modifying existing equipment's. At the end of my military career I was employed as an Electronics and Information Communications Technician with extensive experience of maintenance, repair, testing, monitoring and evaluation of electronic systems. This includes telecommunication systems, digital and analogue radio, marine, short range and long range RADAR systems, instrumentation systems, testing and evaluation of aircraft landing aids. I completed various Quality Assurance and IOSH certified Health and Safety courses to help in career development.
