- Lead the Talent Acquisition Strategy in Brazil, Argentina and Chile- Support the I&D strategies in Brazil and Chile - Support and develop the strategies for on boarding in our platform (ELI) in LATAM acting as a regional champion.-Recruiting in diverse areas mainly with senior levels.-Improve the recruiting processes for Trainee reducing the time and increasing the effectiveness.-Contact with the Universities in Brazil and CHAR

- Talent Acquisition Processes focusing in Latin America ( Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil).- Meetings with hiring managers for aligning the job description and position updates.- Tracking the positions status in the differcent step of process. - Communication among recruiters, hiring ,managers, directors and candidates.- Workday management.

-Reception and processing of HRIS of different clients in the LATAM region (México, Brazil, Costa Rica,Panamá).-Creation of Payroll Files (Monthly, Biweekly)-Benefit Management of benefits such as: Life Insurance Plan, Major Medical Expenses, Pension Plan,Transport, Meals, Supermarket, etcetera-Administration of databases and reporting for the clients and insurers-Review the rates and annual enrollment and annual renewals.-Contact Center between the insurer and clients-Beneficiaries and Dependents Management.-Assure the quality in the benefits and deliver the correct plans for the correct employees.

-Inputs Control (Hires, Off boarding, Vacations, Leaves)-Administration and Management of Health Care benefits as Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance andLife Insurance.-Administration and Management of Non-Health Care benefits as Food Coupons, and TransportationCards Requisition.-Monthly and biweekly Audit, as well the treatment with regional payroll suppliers.Management of ERP (Workday).-On boarding and off boarding process in the Payroll-Keep in touch with all suppliers related with area and Insurance Broker.-Keep in touch with all Labor Unions in all stores in Brazil.-International and Local Engagement Activities.-Keep the communication with finance area.-KPI´s-Agreements for employees like gym
