Scope of transformation included the delivery of Automated Service Management Tools; the certification, standardisation, packaging and release testing of line of business applications and the introduction of a revised Administration and Support Model based on Active Directory.Principally responsible for the development of the Deployment Lifecycle Process, the process by which the readiness for deployment into disparate Business Areas and geographical locations was managed.
