From concept to execution, I led the creation of our innovative cannabis accessories that blend functionality with design, tailored to meet the needs of our niche of cannabis enthusiasts.Key contributions:- Product Development: Designed and launched Toki 1.0 and Toki 2.0, portable accessories that offer unique versatility for on-the-go use. Introduced the Toki Plug, allowing users to seamlessly integrate the product into traditional bongs.- Ecommerce Management: Successfully launched Toki products on BudsFeed, where Toki 1.0 and Toki 2.0 were ranked top 1 and top 2 products of the week, receiving strong feedback from the cannabis community. I also built and designed our website which integrated many advanced features/analytics and served as the backbone of our business.- Retail Expansion: Built relationships with smoke shops/wholesalers and attended major industry expos, helping expand Toki’s presence in stores and strengthening our direct-to-consumer approach. We got our products on the shelves of hundreds of locations across the US.- Marketing Strategy: Developed and executed marketing campaigns focused on connecting with the modern cannabis community, using social media, influencer collaborations, and creative branding to establish Toki as a trusted name in the space creating high quality products.At Toki, our goal was simple: to offer reliable, well-designed products that enhance the cannabis experience. We focused on creating quality, practical accessories for cannabis users who value both form and function, and largely achieved this goal. We grew this business from a college dorm idea to a successful product and brand, and my Co-Founder and I decided to opt for an exit once we graduated from college to take the next step in our careers.
