Using his prior experience as a partner in one of Philadelphia's largest law firms, as a partner in a venture capital firm and as in-house General Counsel for an American Stock Exchange listed corporation, he addresses the service, efficiency and economic concerns of entrepreneurs and their businesses.Mr. Goldberg has represented a variety of clients, including domestic and international venture funds, private investors, as well as technology, manufacturing, distribution and service companies. His range of corporate legal services includes formation of entities, bank and venture fund financings, employment and consulting agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, development, licensing, distribution and marketing agreements, real estate and equipment leases, merger and acquisition documents, joint venture agreements, and other organizational, operational and transactional legal needs.Mr. Goldberg was an associate and then a partner with Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen, a prominent Philadelphia law firm of over 200 attorneys. He was Co-Chairman of the firm's Venture Development Group and founded a Computer Law Group. He was also a member of the Board of the Applications Development Center, the Pennsylvania Innovation Network, the Entrepreneurs' Forum, and the Investment Advisory Committee of the Ben Franklin Technology Center of Southeastern Pennsylvania.Mr. Goldberg received a B.S. degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 1974, worked for two years in labor relations for BASF Chemicals Corporation, and then received his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan in 1978. At the University of Michigan, he completed his J.D. degree through an accelerated two-year program, was an editor of the Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. Show less
