Duties include regular checking of portfolios for progression, consistency, quality and accuracy of judgements and visiting the Assessors in the workplace to carry out both Verification and Assessor observations. As Coordinator I had responsibility for authorising holidays & mileage, recording sickness and carrying out appraisals/monthly progressions to ensure targets and KPIs were achieved. A sizeable part of my job involved analysing data of the team’s performance and implementing plans of action to correct any issues.I was solely responsible for organisation, preparation and delivery of iTQ and PROCOM standardisation sessions for all appropriate staff within the company.
