• Responsible for overseeing the development of programs that support an organization’s main objectives.• Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the organization.• Devising new programs that support program fulfillment.• Working with other departments to develop projects and plans for the programs.• Evaluating and assessing the programs’ strengths and weaknesses.• Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met.

• Responsible for making sure of activities and shipments related with customer pre-Production parts for New Launch Programs (including pilots, engineering changes & new model-year) in a successful timing.• Obtain information about new programs and / or part numbers by interfacing with the different service areas (Sales, Engineering, Component Readiness, Production Control).• Have the events scheduled for new releases for the different customers in the pre-production stage / workbook for PCPM activities (Master Program Timing and Check list).• Coordinate shipments of pilots and prototype part numbers of harnesses on dates and quantities required.• Monitor engineering changes ensuring effective execution of breakpoint.• Understand and follow an escalation process.

• Support ED, DV & PV launch activities as needed basis in the production facility.• Support PSO’s (Process Sign Offs) ensuring process is efficient and capable of delivering customer expectations.• Participates in simultaneous engineering. Works closely with the AME Process Engineering function to ensure new products are validated to meet DFM/ DFA.• Propose design changes for cost effectiveness and quality improvement.• Perform DOEs to support AME process initiatives.• Globally support new process installation and standardizations.• Update and write process specifications.• Prepare build reports for pilot factory builds.• Prepare all documentation required for AME Handover (PMEA, Process Flow, etc.).• Provides “on the floor” technical support as required for critical process and product issues.• Participates and provides support related to quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets, and programs.

• Support on recurring internal meetings to track the progress of the projects.• Support on Launch Product Engineer on any changes to the process and all process validation runs.• Review material, tooling, and production line availability with each responsible team in preparation for the process validation.• Support the new projects needs for Customer Specific Requirements.• Ensure parts are accepted and released during management review coordinated with Quality APQP team.• Perform and maintain documentation for manufacturing operations. • Analysis of production process for pressure sensors and prototyping for product development.• Development of validation plans and capability studies for New Projects Implementations (NPI).• Core Tools acknowledge. (MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC).• Coordinate new product launches (Production, packaging, and shipping).• Design, validation and implementation of fixtures and tools for production process equipment using CAD/CAM.• Perform and maintain documentation for manufacturing operations. Statements of Work (SOW), Work Instructions, Visual Aids and Standard Operating Procedures.• Development of Design of Experiments (DOE).• Responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvements on resistance welding, laser welding, laser marking andselective solder machines using Lean Manufacturing techniques (5’s, Standard-Work).• Assist and collaborate with U.S.A. and India’s design team giving support on plant and reporting daily process results to management.
