Bank Leumi USA ("Leumi USA") was the U.S.-based subsidiary of Bank Leumi, a $135 billion asset international commercial bank, founded in Israel in 1902. Leumi USA, active for more than 60 years, had Investment Grade “stand alone” credit ratings from S&P (A-) and Moody’s (A2).Responsible for new Middle Market commercial client development and working with businesses to provide credit, cash & treasury management, commodities-focused and trade-related financings, as well as capital markets products and services to firms located in Florida, the Southeastern U.S., the Gulf Coast and Texas.

Responsible for new Middle Market client business development efforts focused on working capital, ABL and owner-occupied commercial cash flow and secured financings for public and private companies with annual revenues of $25 million to $500 million, along with deposit, treasury management and capital markets products.

Responsible for developing and servicing client portfolio relationships with local businesses with annual sales of $10MM to $250MM. Lending products provided include: ABL borrowing base lines, owner-occupied and income producing commercial real estate mortgage loans, supply chain programs, construction loans, working capital, structured and trade-related credit facilities.Direct portfolio of more than $140MM in Loans outstanding and more than $9MM in deposits.New or incremental Loan production totaling $45MM during 2016.

Responsible for direct client relationships, also building and leading a team of bankers marketing and servicing upper middle market and lower corporate companies with annual sales of $50MM to $500MM throughout Florida and also the metropolitan New York area.Representative transactions include revolving lines of credit, trade receivables discounting, working capital and equipment loans, project-related and privately-insured credit facilities.Also a Member of the Corporate Credit Committee, which reviewed and approved all domestic and international lending transactions made at the Bank.

Direct responsibility to develop the Broward and Palm Beach County markets for local businesses with annual sales of $10MM or more. Also developed and serviced clients based in the Tampa Bay Area and Orlando.Representative transactions included ABL credit facilities, a cross-border term loan for a U.S. company JV in Central America, revolving lines of credit, and commercial real estate mortgage loans.

Direct client portfolio and business development responsibility targeting Corporations with annual sales of $100 million to $1.0 billion based in Florida and the Southeastern U.S.Also supported the Department Manager by supervising and mentoring junior team members in their business development, loan structuring and client negotiation efforts.Representative transactions included revolving credit lines, trade receivables credit facilities, privately-insured cross-border loans, as well as being Lead Bank/Arranger for a Club Lending Group for a South Florida headquartered, NYSE-listed Corporation.
