I am responsible for the compliance activities of Everything Everywhere against the Ofcom Metering and Billing Direction. I cover both TMBS operated by the company (Orange brand and T-Mobile brand).

Manage TMUK's compliance with Ofcom Metering and Billing Direction. Manage relationships with Approval Body (BABT), Auditors (currently KPMG) and test kit vendors (Roscom etc).Work across the business to ensure that new products and systems operate in a compliant manner. Sit on steering group controling how the company responds to major billing.

Managing TMUK's Xplor Revenue Assurance call testing system.Managing relationship with vendors of testing equipment.Generating analysis to support TMUK's compliance project in respect of Oftel regulation OTR003:2001.Investigation and utilisation of alternative network and revenue assurance systems such as SS7, Compwise.

I managed a team of developers producing small applications for various finance teams within T-Mobile (UK). In addition to the management role, I also provided most of the analysis and design work required for the applications built.During this period the team "up-skilled" from using mainly MS Access or Excel with VBA to working with SQL Server and VB6.

Y2K project covering all of the bank's Focus based applications.

Orinally working for MDSL (before asset swap with BP), support analyst working on various MVS and VM applications based primarily around COBOL, REXX and FOCUS.

I originally joined the London office of Towers Perrin with the intention of training for an actuarial qualification. During my time there, I transitioned from actuarial analyst to analyst programmer, working on many mainframe and PC based development projects at a time when PCs were new to the company. Finally, I was promoted to Applications Manager.
