• Project manage a variety of high-priority customer-facing projects. This involves liaising with IT and other key stakeholders globally, preparing for and participating in regular governance project status meetings, and providing detailed communications on project health to the entire project team.• Operate as part of a larger virtual team, ensuring frequent interaction with several departments to ensure the correct testing, analysis and deployment of various tools.

• Manage all aspects of the GRIP Benchmarking Tool from a user perspective, including testing and updating SQL code changes, responding promptly to user queries and where necessary providing an in-depth solution, and assimilating user feedback in order to develop a structured approach to strategising useful improvements to the tool.• Combine knowledge learned through experience with innovation to improve processes and efficiencies (e.g. automation of Pricing reporting process using VBA).• Provide analysis, support and guidance to more junior team members on a regular basis, assisting their development in both technical and non-technical competencies.

• Produce and review regular monthly reports to inform senior level discussions on the bank’s various scorecards and the performance of credit drawn and available.• Inform management of key changes or trends arising at monthly MIS meetings and provide explanations, commentary and interpretations for these issues.• Automate monthly tracking reports for all portfolios using VBA.

• Perform scorecard tracking, scorecard modelling and high-level MIS reporting on large customer database (containing data for loans, overdrafts and mortgages portfolios).• Ensure compliance with Basel II Internal Ratings Based Standards (with which all banks must be compliant) by fully testing the correct implementation of data.• Operate as part of a larger virtual team, ensuring frequent interaction with several departments to ensure the correct analysis and deployment of scorecards.
