Setting 3 Year plan with Strategy and Marketing team.Build up P&L forecast scenarios to accommodate different assumptions or drivers to aid P&L target and strategy decisions.Monitor and analyze weekly and QTD RUM attainment to provide financial advices on full quarter result outlook.Managing quarterly headcount / Operational Expenses (Opex) planning and forecast cycle to have an Opex budget aligned with Dell’s target of growth and profitability.Analyzing monthly actual outcome of Opex and advising improvement areas to control the spending within budget.
