Alan owns Macdonald Motorsport, dedicated to providing comprehensive management and marketing services to talented drivers and teams competing in international motorsport.With more than 25 years experience in motorsport he uses his wealth of experience and extensive international network to create career opportunities for young race drivers - from extensive coaching and on track exposure, to contract negotiation and sponsor acquisition.In addition to this, Alan also acts in an advisory capacity on commercial and special projects throughout the motorsport and automotive industries as well as taking on shorter term projects with a successful history in turning companies around into profitable entities.Alan is also the CEO of MISER Hybrid Technologies UK Ltd. This company has successfully developed a retro-fit hydraulic system on heavy duty vehicles which has a significant improvement in the reduction of fuel usage and harmful exhaust emissions.
