I am Senior Director of Engineering Consultancy for Scotland. I deliver building consultancy advice such as M&E design, technical due diligence, dilapidations advice, planned preventative maintenance and license to alter.I highlight risks, bring clarity to complex technical issues, identify, and quantify potential liability. This ultimately gives our Clients a much stronger and better-informed position to negotiate, whilst also protecting their assets as part of our Consultancy Advice Service.I am a very focussed engineer and I have great experience in engaging directly with Clients. I establish project specific requirements to deliver the most suitable solution to each individual project. I will always ensure that Clients expectations and aspirations are met or exceeded where possible as part of our detailed M&E Design Service.
