Working with Active Directory to give users different levels of access to folders held on servers (if required gaining the appropriate approval for such requests). These Duties involve a high level of trust and responsibility by my employer. Also maintain the call logging system (Remedy) duties include adding users to database and password resets for Remedy users. Also working with third party companies such as BP, DS-S(Data Systems and Solutions) and Scottish Water.
