I am a passionate Senior Manager – with specialist experience in HVAC Contracting and Facilities Management. My background as an engineer has equipped me with a strong focus on sound fundamentals, good data and proactive management. Having worked in both a contracting background and Services FM role has allowed this focus to develop from delivering profitable and successful projects to that of operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business continuity focus. Good databases, software, info metrics, and an engaged team are all key to the successful outcomes in today’s competitive and complex work environments. With team members having the right tools and information at their disposal, working their circles of influence, high performance and success becomes a given.
