I was Sales Engineer, Senior Sales Engineer and Sales Manager from 1994 to 2003, Technical Manager from 2003 to 2007, and Business Director, Shareholder and Executive Director from 2007 to 2010. _________________________________________________► Doubled business turnover from 1997-1999 with significant contract wins and first business in the US► From 2000-2007 served as Divisional Head for Hydraulics with P&L accountability, leading Sales, Technical & Operations teams (110 personnel), doubling turnover again to c.£7M and from loss to profit► In 2007 co-led a transformational MBO and assumed further accountability for QHSE & HR teams► From 2007 to 2010 doubled EBITDA growth and turnover to £14.5M by winning profitable projects, executing them safely to the highest standards, and exceeding target margins► Co-led sale of the business to EnerMech Ltd in 2010
