Provide leadership and guidance to all aspects of Anchor Point's outreach to "at-risk" communities. Manage an active boat donation and refurb program utilizing the involvement of "at-risk" individuals to provide labor while exploring career opportunities and teaching basic business skills, practices and ethics to those involved. Hosting international exchange programs with individuals from other countries for the purpose of teaching business ethics and morals to upcoming youth and business leaders. Introducing to all participants the role of faith in day to day life, thereby giving hope and determination to make the world a better place for all.
