Responsible for performing property and inventory management duties in the Office of Facilities and Logistics, Property Management Division, U.S. Capitol Police. The Property Management Division provides office supplies, equipment and materials, property accountability, inventory control and related acquisition planning, central receiving, distribution, storage, utilization, maintenance, re-utilization, and/or disposal services. The incumbent plans, administers and evaluations the program consistent with USCP policies and government-wide practices for property management.

Performs various tasks necessary to initiate, develop and implement process to effectively and efficiently compile research, prepare and track all funding requirements for Headquarters Marine Corps and Henderson Hall. Prepare financial summaries and narratives to keep management informed of progress toward execution goals. As the first line•Use DOD EMALL to place, track and complete all supply orders for Headquarters Marine Corps and Henderson Hall•Use Excel spreadsheets to manage all funds given to sections. • Monitor all Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) for users by Excel spreadsheets. •Use Procurement Request Application (PR Builder) to add Lines of Accounting to Head Quarters Marine Corps purchase request•Use Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) to accept, verify, approve and submit invoices to Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) for vender payment. •Customer point of contact within supply for all routine questions to include status request, reports, audits, complaints, and procurement suggestions.•Manages supply reconciliation schedule creation, modification as well as reporting of failed appointments.•Conducts training and serves as the liaison between customers and the supply office.•Validate sources of supply recommendations from customers and supply personnel.

Field Supply Maintenance Analysis Office (FSMAO) East Global Combat Support System Team, Camp Johnson NC; Supervisor: Maj Jeffery Lacorte 910-467-3848; Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls in analysis of USMC legacy systems; duplicated effort, fraud, or noncompliance with current Marine Corps Orders and Directives. Provide training to key personnel; improved processes; and implemented technologies in order to improve logistics responsiveness. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings. Identified and mapped processes within an organization to ensure processes were in accordance with the Logistic Concept of Operations. Performed special analysis, studies and duties as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).Provided guidance and recommendations to organizations regarding all Marine Corps Supply policies and procedures. Tracked, monitored and corrected $40 million in inaccuracies of assets by organizations increasing accountability to 99.3% Supervised/assisted in the Data Cleansing to ensure that supply records,, Mechanized Allowance List (MAL) Consolidated Memorandum Receipt (CMR) match the on-hand records in order to adhere to the standard accuracy rate of 99% or better prior to cutover to GCSS-MC. Facilitate the coordination of Global Combat Support System (GCSS-MC) implementation activities with appropriate organizations key personnel.Direct liaison for GCSS-MC and organizations to Oracle representative to ensure successful transition into GCSS-MC.

Coordinated internal inspection programs for the units under control of Marine Air Control Squadron 24. Managed organic supply, property accounting, requisition management for consumables and controlled property, prepare fiscal budget, contracts, inventories, and food service. Maintained logbooks, journals, ledgers and credit card purchases Conducted physical inventories and performed reconciliations with all users. Conducted Quarterly Consolidated Memorandum Receipt (CMR) inventories with Responsible Officers (RO’s)Applied appropriated and nonappropriated funds related to property, and equipment.Responsible for contract performance throughout the work spaces .

Conduct inventories of all Marines Forces Reserve units’ principle end items; adjust property records to accurately portray what equipment the units possessed.
