Co-support of a large wholesale customer in VPS.Responsibility for multi-million revenues in annual sales for voice and data products and next generation products including wireless. Managed an annual base of customers with multi-million revenues, project managing the operations of support teams. Focus of position was on revenue growth and margin retention.Was the project lead of a 25 person multi-disciplinary team (Revenue, Billing, Customer Service, Provisioning, IT) for a complicated Asset Purchase Agreement for a multi-year multi-million dollar project.A successful migration path, customer experience improvement and continual oversight were the desired outcomes.Participated in design and structure of a critical network solution, including complex contract reviews, to complete a solution sale for a two-year $48 million service.
