A China Investment Commitee member.- Raised SGD 333 mil equity and acquired a portfolio of business parks and industrial assets in China in 2014 and 2015. - Executed corporate finance work for Mapletree Logistics REIT and structuring real estate investments for the pan-Asian region, including China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and Singapore.- Completed raising SGD 607 mil equity for refinancing and acquisitions in pan-Asia. Completed raising USD 500 mil Asset-Backed Securitization MTN Programme to acquire an asset portfolio in Malaysia.- Contributed to the firm's first investment acquisition in South Korea.

- Completed the listing of 3 companies on the Exchange, from origination through to completion.- Contributed to the financial closure of RM 800 mil (USD 200 mil) Collateralised Loan Obligation Programme.

- Performed strategic review and executed restructuring and assets break-up for disposals for distressed listed companies during the Asian Financial Crisis.
