Led a distributed team of 12 developers in WWE's fast-paced media environment, that created new websites, enhanced existing sites, and performed the last two mission-critical redesigns of WWE's high-traffic, award-winning flagship site.Using superior communication and technical skills, was able to bridge the gap between the Tech group and its many non-technical departmental stakeholders: Project and Product Management, Marketing, Design and the Content Editing team. Additionally, facilitated processes between the technology group's internal teams, including DevOps and QA.Led the team on many high-profile, tight-deadline projects, including a Reality TV show site and mobile app, with contestant video uploads and real time viewer voting on show nights. Created a fantasy draft application for fans to create their own WWE team, just weeks ahead of a talent division between WWE's largest on-air shows.Hired, trained and mentored developers on several Scrum teams, including three vendor companies, both offshore and onshore. Matched skill sets, language abilities and personalities to create collaborative, high-achieving teams. Brought modern collaboration tools to the team, moving from IRC/GChat to Slack, with Jira and Github integration, as well as championing a move the from server-based development to a Docker local working environment.Developed best practices documentation and ensured their use by the team. Architected and built custom Drupal modules, and implemented QA automation testing.

Managed a group of six developers creating and maintaining the WWE web sites. Handled all Release Management duties, working closely with the Project Management and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments of each two-week sprint's tickets. Interfaced with other technology and business teams to bring new roadmap projects onto the priority list for the development team, and staffed and prioritized those projects. Worked with the PMO to convert the team's workflow to an Agile Scrum process. Streamlined the creation and deployment of the very popular VIP ticket sales sites, which had been a very laborious and time consuming bi-annual process.

Developed, implemented and maintained Internet and Intranet sites and applications for the Worx agency. Analyzed client requirements, brainstormed features, created vision and scope documents, and connected front-end development to backend CMS systems with UX and usability best practices.Acted as both project manager and developer on all projects, including several for Aetna and Home Depot, two of the agency's largest clients.Delivered custom functionality via PHP, CodeIgniter, Drupal and JavaScript that included an Intranet health challenge contest and health-based forum site for Home Depot's 300,000 employees.

Provided marketing services including standards-based websites, newsletters and advertising services to more than a dozen regional clients, including a magazine/book publisher and a scientific instruments manufacturer.Developed redesigns for the Guideposts sites using Drupal, including integrating a publishing industry SEO system and developing an in-house ad rotation system. Also performed a complete site makeover for Mercury Scientific in Drupal, including a custom, password-protected client portal and custom theme.Implemented CMS applications using Drupal, Joomla and Wordpress for banking, retail and non-profit clients. Integrated social media, newsletters and blogs with new and existing websites, and did branding for many of these businesses, including logo design and style guide creation for their other promotional materials.

Led a three person group responsible for specifying, choosing and implementing a regional portal and CMS to replace the different Intranet systems across the Cadbury businesses in the Americas. Created a migration and training plan, and worked with the regional IT personnel to implement the new system. Managed the IT aspects of all of Cadbury's 70+ brand and promotional websites in the Americas. Implemented accessibility standards, acted the liaison between the business and third party agencies and managed the dedicated hosting environment.- Received the IT Circle of Excellence Award for exemplary performance.

Originally responsible for the OLAP scanner databases and software from IRI and Nielsen, in the Market Research group. After demoing a new thing called "the Web" and a proof of concept website to the head of Marketing, was given a budget and led the team to create the first Mott's website: motts.com. Based on that success, created five more sites for the major brands, and became the go-to expert in Marketing for websites and web promotions.
