For 20 years I worked with many of Scotland's leading Councils to help redefine their Print Strategy by implementing Xerox Managed Services, to support their Digital Transformation and Cost Reduction objectives. I led the Xerox team to secure multi million pound contracts across 12 of the largest Local Authorities where by managing the Service we implemented strategies to centralise control and drive digitisation to improve workflow and staff efficiency. This helped improve the Councils interaction with Citizens while delivering cashable savings and environmental benefits, exceeding their original targets. Many of these contracts are now 3rd generation, reinforcing the success we achieved working in partnership.

For 10 years - worked with blue chip Corporate organisations in Queensland to support their front and back office functions in document print and management. Consistently recognised by customers and Xerox as providing role model Account Management, via a consultative approach, to deliver the desired results for all parties.
