I manage a team of 11 sales individuals. Helping grow their knowledge of products, services and best practices when talking to select trade professional. I perform weekly one on ones to review current metrics and discuss how the development is progressing. During these meetings I provide feedback for how they are doing versus their quota and what action items they need to work on for the upcoming weeks.

As an Account Manager with Build.com working with trade professionals on a daily basis. I manage over 500 accounts a month. I ensure their orders process smoothly and if there any issues I will deal with the promptly. I review accounts on a monthly basis looking for opportunities for expansion. I selectively market to each of my accounts by categories purchased to inform them of new products, technologies and brands that are new to Build.com. Doing this allows me to grow and scale my account base to exceed my monthly quota.
