Established in 1998 River City Wireless was formed and offered the largest coverage paging services throughout the entire Southeast Region through its own paging network and also offered Cellular products and services as an authorized agent for Cingular Wireless and T-Mobile to customers through its multiple satellite retail store locations in Tennessee and the North Georgia area.By the early 2000's River City Wireless had grown to become Chattanooga’s Premier Wireless Telecommunications company and the largest privately owned provider of both Paging and Cellular Services throughout the Chattanooga Tennessee and surrounding area. In early 2011 River City Wireless of Tennessee, sold all of its Paging Assets to Aquis Communications, a National leader in Wireless Telecommunication services.
