Acting as a team leader for junior GB and NI teams at World Junior, European Junior and World under 18 champs as well as being a team coach for GB teams from under 20 to senior championships including the 2011 World Champs and 2012 European Champs

Leadership and management of national strategy of Jumps and CE including coach development and talent development programmes through to futures and WCPP. This process included budget management, strategy development, staff management and leadership as well as acting as team leader for GB and NI Junior teams.
