Assist with the compilation of Major Event Bids. To date, this includes the 2018 World Indoors in Birmingham, and the 2019 European Indoors in Glasgow.Manage logistics for Event Contractors, including site visits prior to the Event and be the onsite Event point of contact during the Event.Manage Event health and safety. This includes creating an Event management plan and risk assessment for each Event, as well as being the onsite health and safety representative during the build period of the Event.Manage the hospitality element of Televised Events, including invitations, supplier appointments, budget management, creation of the VIP offer and logistics and troubleshooting during the Event.Appoint and manage creative elements of the Events, both in the stadium and in the spectator village.
