I have over 40years building services experience within most sectors of the construction and pharmaceutical/process industries, commencing my career with a trade apprenticeship. I have an excellent range of project experience on both large and smaller projects coupled with an effective non-adversarial approach. My safety and quality awareness is at industry best level, my experience within the industry enables me to communicate on equal terms with Clients, Designers, and specialists.My role within Eon sustainable was as Senior Project manager I had to oversee project delivery and commissioning of a number of complex community energy D&B & legacy projects as well as future city community energy schemes ranging from 5 to 90 mW, which includes a mixture of generating plant such as CHP, Biomass, Biogas, Nat gas and thermal boiler plant with thermal storage.Since leaving Eon I move back into Laboratory MEP commissioning management at the Pirbright Institute a low Containment Level 2 laboratory (CL2) project in Pirbright Surrey for John Sisk & Sons, on the institutes new research facility which is a cat 2 laboratory complex which includes autoclaves, MBCS:s, fume cupboards, process CHW, HV and LV distribution, all of which require validation for HSE sign off for licencing. The HVAC serves displacement mixed mode ventilation to the write up and office areas and mechanically ventilation, air condition laboratory served by air to water heat pump and traditional gas fired plant, I was responsible for the delivery of the commissioning management and client training, FAT protocols and validation activities for HSE sign off of the facility. The facility is now successfully handed over. Currently overseeing commissioning management PET 2 project at Guys & St Thomas hospital NHS Trust, which consists of two class 3 clean rooms, QA & R&D laboratories.
