- Providing daily support for people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing the actions necessary to support them to achieve the goals identified in their Person Centered Plan, and ensuring to meet the expectations of those individuals to enhance their quality of life- Providing respite support and coaching in the areas of: social skills, communication, vocation and leisure activities - Consistently following, where appropriate, Behavioural and Crisis Protocols as documented, and documenting and reporting incidents and serious occurrences. - Driving and transporting supported individuals to and from different locations- Administering medication according to Kerry’s Place Autism Services Policy and Procedure, and understanding the purpose of each medication, the expected effects and maintaining vigilance for potential side effects.

- Dealing with cash transactions, selling apparel and ensuring fast and efficient customer service - Responsible for opening and closing cash registers, verifying safe funds, completing coin orders, and conducting cash audits- Responsible for exchanges, returns and associate purchases - Managing and delegating tasks and duties for cashiers- Accepting resumes and pre-screening potential candidates for hire- Resolving cash related issues and troubleshooting cash related software and hardware problems- Stocking and sizing apparel in a neat and organized manner-Maintaining store through clean up and stock replenishment
